Yes! We've just received our first drop at the QV shop from our new favourite Tailfeather. Australian made and crafted leather and canvas goods from the very excellent mind of Scottie Neoh, get inside his head here.

Jacks Plates

I stumbled upon this little idea when I was loading my first film at the airport. My empty plate of food looked pretty nice, so I took a photo.  After this, I thought I might as well take one after every meal across my trip. That way I had something else to remember things by.  

Most of the plates are completely empty because the food was all so good! 

*The Best Meal: Fisherman's Basket on the Southern Coast of Sweden. Freshest Fish, Best Chips (why there's none at all left on the plate) and I don't know what that mustardy looking sauce was but I could have dipped all day!!

*Worst Meal: On a 5 hour flight all Royal Brunei gave us was this measly packet of nuts. They don't serve any alcohol on their flights so we couldn't even soothe our hunger pains. To be honest though, these were really tasty nuts.

Daniel Boyd Exhibition

Daniel Boyd, an extremely talented Australian artist, is showing at Kalimanrawlins between 11th August - 1st September 2012.  Thinking you should check it out if your in the South Yarra area.
